Jessica is the Operations Manager for Last Door Recovery Society and a champion for continuous quality improvement efforts. She joined the Last Door team in late 1996 and has several years’ experience in the field. She has an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor designation through the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation in addition to a Master of Arts in Leadership through Royal Roads University. Jessica is a strong advocate for systems level change.
