WELLNESS FACILITATOR
This position will support the facilitation of trauma healing processes and content knowledge exchange with clients impacted by personal, historic and intergenerational trauma.
As a member of our counselling team, your role is to assist participants on their healing journey. You will be responsible for providing:
- First Nations culturally specific healing based programs and interventions that encourage clients to develop self-awareness, holistic wellness, and healthy behavioural and emotional coping strategies
- A safe, supportive trauma trauma-informed environment for participants that allows for opportunities for emotional release, vulnerability and group sharing
- File management – Confidentiality, accuracy, time management, following RLTC/CARF standards and guidelines are essential
